Why are there ads on Coder Merlin™ ?[edit]
Ads are necessary for us as a source of funds so that we can provide our services to as many students as possible, regardless of their ability to pay.

Why are service points for helpme tickets limited to two per encounter?[edit]
The purpose of providing assistance to a student is primarily to help them understand how to become unstuck and continue problem solving on their own. It is not intended as an extended tutoring session. In order to encourage this behavior, service points are limited to two per encounter.
